    1. Check the positive and negative wiring column screws to determine whether there is any looseness; put on insulating gloves and hold the energy line insulation sleeve slightly. When checking the positive and negative screws and other high-voltage parts of the battery, please wear insulating gloves first to avoid electric shock. At the same time, do not use too much force.

    2. Check whether there is a fault alarm. Check the fault code of the car's display. If there is a fault code, deal with it in time. Don't let the vehicle work with the disease.

    3. Check whether the total voltage is abnormal. If the total voltage is too low, the charger should be used to charge the whole vehicle.

    4. Battery pack information troubleshooting Enter the battery tube on the display screen of the car, and check whether the battery voltage, temperature, current and SOC information are deformed and recorded on the interface.

    5. Check the positive and negative wiring column screws to determine whether there is a loose scene. Put on insulating gloves, hold the energy wire insulation sleeve in your hand and shake it slightly. When checking the positive and negative screws of the battery and other high-voltage parts, please wear insulating gloves first to avoid electric shock, and do not use too much force.

    6. Is there any leakage in the battery? Use the pen of the multimeter to put it on the positive and negative of the battery and the whole car. Check the size of the voltage, which should be less than 5v. Pay attention to the choice of the range of the voltmeter, try to choose a large range, and pay attention to avoid direct contact with the positive and negative of the battery when in contact with the battery.

    7. Whether there is a large current in the positive or negative energy lines that causes deformation, open the battery compartment cover to check. Do not pull the energy lines hard with your hands.

    8. Can the battery box fan work abnormally? When the temperature of the box exceeds the set upper limit (45℃), put your hand on the fan mouth to feel whether the wind is blowing out. Do not put your finger into the ventilation hole to test whether the fan is turning.

    9. Check the elasticity of the screws of the battery box fixing bracket. Put on insulated gloves and shake the fixing screws to see if they are loose. There is a shim on each screw. If it is missing, please put it on the device to avoid water in the hole;

    10. Check whether the treatment system is deformed. Check whether the voltage detection of the treatment system is correct (check whether the voltage value on the display screen is consistent with the actual measured voltage value), use a clamp flowmeter to measure whether the current is consistent, check whether there is a terminal barrier, whether the communication is deformed, etc. When measuring the voltage, the head of the collection line may be measured directly, that is, the current (dangerous) cannot be measured when the vehicle is dynamic.

    11. Check whether the wire harness is intact. Check with the naked eye whether the energy line communication line is detached, damaged or aging. Don't pull the wire harness so as not to break. Wear insulated gloves when checking the energy line.

    12. Check whether the relay is deformed. Press the relay control switch, and the deformity will turn on and close; tick; answer sound, do not press the relay to control the switch frequently to avoid burning the relay.

    13. Battery set information isolation. Enter the battery management interface on the display screen of the car to check whether the battery voltage, temperature and current information is deformed. When there are battery failures such as voltage, temperature and current, it must be dealt with in time, and the vehicle cannot be sick to work.
